Townsquare Chat
Use the Townsquare link below to access the community chat feature. Note: This link should only be used for chat. If you do not have access, please contact the Community Association Manager.

Community Updates
Members should sign up for Electronic Notifications to receive updates by email. You can also access the Townsquare portal’s chat feature to see what other residents are sharing.
Governing Documents
Review bylaws, covenants, rules, and association policies are available on the Vantaca portal.
Board Meetings
Meeting agendas, minutes, and schedules are posted regularly. Meetng Agendas and Notifications are postecd via Electroinic Notification, on Townsquare chat feature and in the Lake House atrium display case. In addition Meeting Notifications are displayed on external signage outside of the Lake House. Meeting minutes are available via the Vantaca Portal
